• Mr. Arvanitis has been licensed as a Real Estate Managing Broker for 16 years and has been involved in the Listing/Selling/Closing of over $125 million of hotel properties in multiple states

       WORK HISTORY

• 10 years collectively working for Mumford Company and Marcus & Millichap focused on hotel investment sales

• 6 years engaged in hotel investment sales, development, leasing and commercial loan brokerage with                   A.G. Commercial, LLC, founded by Mr. Arvanitis. Successfully sold several hotels, developed and delivered a turnkey Walgreens store in the midst of the 2008-2009 financial crisis with the Redmond Company as GC. Financed several multi-family properties through Chase Bank, secured $3.80 million construction financing for the Walgreens development, secured new legal counsel for the owners and jointly negotiated a 25 year NNN lease and delivered the project under budget and ahead of schedule in August 2009. Secured a long term lease with 7-11 as the tenant in Chicago's west loop area

• 5 years collectively selling and personally investing in recreational land in SW Wisconsin, Iowa, and Minnesota 

• 13 years as a founding principal of two separate NASD registered broker dealers in Chicago and Seattle. Successfully traded as a licensed (series, 24, 55, 7, 63) professional equity trader and market maker specializing in the trading of exchange listed securities in the 3rd market. Also successfully listed approximately 40 companies on the OTCBB via the 15-c211 process with the NASD (now FINRA). Cleared trades through LIT Clearing, Goldman Sachs, Mesirow Financial and Adler Coleman without incident or any outrades.

• 5 years working  in two separate suburban banks in the Installment loan department and Commercial loan department before venturing into securities trading and starting his own firm

• George graduated from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana, College of Business with a major in  Finance. He also lettered in football as a free safety and punt returner and was a member of the 1983 Liberty Bowl team and 1984 Rose Bowl Team. George also was #1 in the Big Ten and #2 in the nation in total punt returns in 1984 and set a school record by never calling for a fair catch all season. George also was named  Outstanding Scholar Athlete of the Illini football graduating class of 1985
